Our Task Consists of Exclusively Executing' - The Way The Sudanese Ruthless Militia Carried out a Massacre

Militiamen smirk as they move on the bed of a pick-up truck, speeding alongside a series of several corpses and moving in the direction of the sinking Sudanese sunset.

These individuals are celebrating a atrocity that relief organizations fear claimed the lives of over 2,000 civilians in the African city of the Darfur city in recent weeks.

A Community Isolated from the World

After maintaining the community under encirclement for almost 24 months, from the summer the paramilitary force advanced to strengthen its dominance and prevent access for the leftover civilian population.

Space-based imagery show that fighters commenced to build a massive sand wall - a raised sand barrier - around the perimeter of el-Fasher, closing entry points and preventing aid.
